Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Leap Webdesign website (leapwebdesign.com) or by engaging our web design, development, or website management services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services

Leap Webdesign provides web design, website redesign, website management, hosting, and related digital services to small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

• Website design & development — custom websites built to your specifications
• Website redesign — modernisation and improvement of existing websites
• Website management — ongoing content updates, maintenance, and technical optimizations
• Hosting — fast, reliable edge hosting for your website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

Subscription Plans & Billing

Our monthly managed website plans include design, development, hosting, and ongoing management costs bundled into a single recurring fee. The following billing terms apply:

• Minimum commitment — all monthly subscription plans require a minimum 12-month commitment
• Billing cycle — fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of your start date
• Payment methods — we accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers
• Upfront payment — an alternative to monthly billing is available; contact us for a custom quote via our pricing calculator
• Late payments — accounts more than 14 days past due may result in service suspension

All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' written notice.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing at hello@leapwebdesign.com. The following cancellation terms apply:

• Within minimum term — cancellations before the 12-month minimum period is fulfilled may be subject to an early termination fee equal to the remaining months owed
• After minimum term — you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice; no further charges will apply after the notice period
• Refunds — fees already paid are generally non-refundable, as design, development, and infrastructure costs are incurred upfront
• Website ownership — upon full payment of all outstanding amounts, you retain ownership of your website content; we retain ownership of all custom code and templates built on our infrastructure

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth working relationship and timely delivery of your project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely content, images, and feedback as required
• Ensure all content supplied to us does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Designate a single point of contact authorised to make decisions on your behalf
• Keep your billing and contact information up to date
• Not use our services to promote illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities

Delays caused by late delivery of client materials may affect agreed timelines. We will communicate any such impacts as soon as they arise.

Intellectual Property

All design elements, code, templates, and creative assets produced by Leap Webdesign remain the intellectual property of Leap Webdesign until all outstanding fees have been paid in full. Upon full payment:

• Your content — all text, images, logos, and materials you supply remain your property
• Custom design — unique graphic elements created specifically for your brand are licensed to you for use on your website
• Codebase & templates — underlying code, frameworks, and templates remain the property of Leap Webdesign and may be reused across other projects

You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any proprietary code or design assets without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leap Webdesign shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Downtime, service interruptions, or third-party failures beyond our reasonable control
• Inaccuracies or errors in content supplied or approved by the client

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration before any legal proceedings are initiated.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer or business under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active clients by email.

Your continued use of our website or services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
